Hello everyone. This is regarding a PR application from New Delhi, India. Had a few questions and would be grateful if fellow community members and friends could help out.
1. Me and my spouse have applied together - me being the primary applicant. Can I show my spouse's PF, PPF, FD as PoFs? Your spouse should do a gift deed to you and support it with an LOE. You will also do an LOE stating that the funds is delivered to you to pursue your Canadian dream and that you're free to spend it. Remember that this fund must be in your own bank account or a joint account with your spouse, not in her own account.
2. Do I have to submit an undertaking from the institution (bank, EPFO office etc) where my spouse's PF, PPF and FD is kept, that I have access to them? You cannot use a bank document that is in your spouses account name and number. This fund must be in your own bank account/name/account number. Or in a joint account with your spouse. Yes, u must submit a bank reference letter but it must be in your name as the PA.
3. When my spouse submits PPF, does my spouse have to show that I have access to PPF? You are the PA and it is expected that you submit POF that's in your name or in a joint account with your wife.
4. While submitting PF, does the online statement generated by Umang app (UAN website) work as PoF if submitted along with UAN card? Why not walk into your bank and print a proof of fund on a bank letter head paper. Also ask for a reference letter to support your claim or stick to submitting one of these alone.
5. In case my spouse's PoF is accepted, can we only show PF + PPF + a few FDs together? Proof of fund must be in your name and in your own account or a joint account with your spouse.
You have a fantastic profile. You can travel on a work visa whilst you process your EE from Canada. 439 is a good score and adding extra 10 is superb!Thank you, that was lightning quick.
Another question is should i go for work visa and go to Canada than waiting for EE-ITA, as my current CRS is 439, (Waiting for my wife's ECA to add 10 more points) ?
Do you mind sharing with me how you got this valid job offer?Guys QQ:-

Usually they would send you an additional document request in case they need this certificate. That being said some applicant recently claimed rejection for not uploading this document (whether this is true or not I do not know).Very very urgent...
Actually I had submitted my EE file but I have not uploaded IELTS certificate although I had shown in OINP documents.
Would it reject my file or some issue may arise?
I am very nervous...

I have similar situation like you. Please help if you already got the answer.I have one inquiry...
So while filling in my CIC profile it was asked under education section "Complete/full academic years ______________" I am confused about this part cuz as per wes my bachelors is equivalent to 4 years canadian bachelors degree BUT my actual course was of 3 year AND i only spent 2 years in that program cuz i got exemption for the first year. Now which one shall I put... 2, 3 or 4??????
I have similar situation like you. Please help if you already got the answer.
I have 3 years IT experience with IELTS band clb 9 in all sections.
I have got ECA report from WES recently, please help me to claim appropriate points-
CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Diploma (two years), bachelor's degree (four years)
My education history- I have done 2 years BTEC HND (Higher National Diploma) from Edexcel, London, UK. Then did one year Top Up degree from a UK university. I was given exempted credits for the first two years and only studied final year at university but got full Bachelors Degree certificate. My transcript mentioned my final year credits (120 credits) in details and
Exempt credits for prior learning at level 4 - 120 credits
Exempt credits for prior learning at level 5 - 120 credits
(does not mention anything regarding my diploma)
Total 360 credits and received 3 years bachelors degree certificate!
Now when I was filling EE profile I have filled details of my HND without any problem. Then I have added my Bachelors degree, here I had filled up a question regarding completed academic years, I have written 3 years though in reality I did attend only 1 year but got credits for other two years hence I chose 3 years.
In the question regarding Level of education I chose "Bachelors Degree". Then another question Level of education according to the ECA report I chose again "Bachelors Degree".
After submitting my profile I have received 50 skill transferablity points. I think system awarded me points for "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees, one must be three or more years long".
Here is my confusion, "one must be three or more years long". I did bachelors only 1 year but WES evaluated as 4 years bachelors degree hence system awarded me the points. As per the ECA report I do fulfill the requirements as it is clearly says Diploma (two years), bachelor's degree (four years) according to my transcript I may not fulfill that 3 years degree condition. Even if I write One year as the completed academic years my score stays same because level of education is Bachelors Degree.
Now the big question. Is it going to be misrepresentation? No it is not misrepresentation because you imputed correctly what is stated on your credentials. During assessment which duration a VO look at, actual transcript or ECA? The VO examines your ECA and also makes reference to your degree/transcript that you submitted. Just make sure you submit those credentials that gave you "two or more certs, degree, etc" equivalence in Canada, and you'll be fine.
