I finally got the "golden email" after 445 days. I was told by my MP about a week ago that my security checks were done. Was in SS since last May.
I really wish you all a speedy resolution of this wait!

In week from now it will be 9 months since my application was filed. I am just curious if following scenarios are playing any part in the processing :
1. My family had Canadian pr in 2003 . For some personal reasons we have to come back . Before filing my application I denounced the pr and attached he form .
2. My student visa was rejected in dec 2016 .
What do u guys think ?

After a long wait of almost 20 months i received the PPR...
Hey Guys. My Medical expires end of May. Right now I received a Ghost update which some people say is coming before PPR. Now I was wondering since my Medical expires in less than 2 month, will my COPR/VISA be valid for just less than two month or can I ask them to extend it for few month? I am just changing my job and prefer to not leave immediately (prefer to not leave before end of year)
Almost everyboy has the same message on mycic. So after 30 days you will get your notes then you can know what progress has been made.
Or better u may get ur PPR.

As of last August when I got my notes, I just had one sub activity under security screening.
