Hi Folks,

I have a few questions regarding question 11 of the application form. Wondering if anyone has any advice?

1. How do you list a period of unemployment? Do you just put the dates, under name of employer put unemployed and then list the other boxes as N/A

2. When working as a contract/temping employee you are employed by a temping agency working in various locations. Do you need to list each of the locations or do you just list the address of the temping agency that employed you?

3. For questions where you list dates from and to like Q10 and Q11 is it ok to put "Present" for the most recent date or should you just put the current month that you are signing the form for?

Thanks!

1. That's fine. I left the contact information blank for the period of unemployment. Others put their home address, or N/A. I'm guessing that N/A is probably the best thing to do.

2. For contact info I'd put the temp agency, as they can confirm your employment during that time. For the location of employment I guess you could put "various (temp/contract)" or "various in <city> (temp/contract)". If you have all the locations, you could put "various (see enclosed list)" and provide the list on a separate piece of paper, explaining it was all through the same temp agency (whose contact info you put down), and then list where you were (physically) employed.

3. Yes,"present" is fine.
