It isn't a big deal but make sure that you do attach the letter of explanation.

Question for IMM 5768 (Financial Evaluation for parents )
Q1 : i dont have co-signer (means my wife is in school and she is not be co-signing undertaking ) do i need to answer 16 & 17
16. cosigner - statement of consent ?
17. cosigner - employment history ?
Q2 : EMPLOYMENT HISTORY - SPONSOR ( employment history 3 tax year ) point 14.
do we need to break it based on tax year or employment history ?
i mean - example
Jan 2018 to present -- xyz company -- Gross income ? ( for 3 months ? )
Jan 2017 to Dec 2017 -- xyz company -- Gross income ( full tax year )
if any one filled the form pls help me ?

Wouldn't the appointing the representative "automatically" indicate CIC to use their addresses?
I am planning on sponsoring my parents in 2018. From what i know , I will have to meet income requirements for 2014, 2015 and 2016 in order to file for my parents or I will have to meet income requirements for 2017, 2016 and 2015 and will have to maintain it through out the process.
1: Can you please tell me the income requirement for a family of 4 ?
2014 I was single and 2015 I was married, so will they count as 2014 ---> 1 Person, 2015 ---> 2, person, 2016 ----> 2 person
2: If I have self employment income, the CIC will look at the net income or the gross?
If someone has corporation and there is only one sole director so does it count company income too or just person salary taken from corporation.
3: One more question, if I use my brother income now as a co-signer but he is working in another country, to meet the income obligations for 2014 and 2015, will the income of my brother will be included or not?

1. Family size of 4 in 3 previous tax years: You use only family size at time you submit the app.

3. Brother can't be a co-signer.
Only spouse can be a co-signer, and only with income earned while living in Canada.
You do not qualify. If you got selected in the lottery, you have wasted a spot. Why on earth didn't you read the rules before applying to lottery?? You even clicked a button that said you read the income requirements, and that you qualified. The qualifying criteria was very clearly explained.

- My PR card (sponsor)
- My Birth certificate
- My passport
- My marriage certificate (although i think i don't need it but still adding it)
- My daughter passport (to show the proof of my dependent )
- My parents passports
- My parents marriage certificate (not in english) + english translation + affidavid
- 2 photos of my parents
You must include your brother in the application even if he will not be coming to Canada so family size is 6.
Sorry to hijack this, but this is a confusing part.
I have my birth certificate and parents marriage certificate translated with affidavit and notarized as required. But since the checklist is stating that only the *copies* of these documents to be sent, I am planning to send the photocopies of these documents including photocopies of the affidavits and notary stamps. But now I am in doubt that it will be acceptable.
but he is not my dependent or my parents dependent. he is over 22 years old and working as well. so i think i can leave him out???
i am planning to send the copies of the marriage certificate and the birth certificate but i am sending the original translation document and the affidavit for both.

Sure you can. Why even mention him? The only place he should be mentioned is in the "Additional family information" forms.
He is not a dependent and therefore not included in the app.
On the form imm008, where it asks to fill out mailing address, it clearly asks to fill out the mailing address and email address of the representative.
