Hello Everyone,

I am writing to check on a couple of things for my sisters. I reside in Canada and they have both received ITAs.

My younger sister received her AOR last week, but has a wait time now due to her medical test (she needed to get her spootum test done) and that apparently takes 8 weeks to clear. For the documents that needed to be uploaded she sent:
* Medical Examination Confirmation
* Police Certificate from the City where we have resided since 1990
* Police Certificate from the US (now not required because of the change, but she did visit over the last few years and that added to more than 6 months/180 days)
* Passport Copy
* Proof of Employment
* Birth Certificate
* Proof of Studies
* IELTS Result
* Proof of Funds
* My Documents (Of residency) & Relationship to her

My older sister received her AOR last week as well but yesterday the application received a rejection letter. The reason was the Police Certificate: my sister got married in 1998, and provided a police certificate from the area where she now lives (same city before marriage too). But they say the police certificate was not provided and basically all that work of uploading everything for 4 members of her family for nothing.

My question is, I am very hopeful that she will iA get a new ITA in the upcoming draws..what all should we upload as to avoid another refusal? Can someone please guide us?

Thank you in advance :)

And all the best to everyone here waiting to get their PPR!

There you go Sir.do a detailed homework before submitting your PCCs,they should match your address and travel history.It is the prime reason,EE applications are rejected for.

Hello
Anybody help me.
I have 2 years BCOM degree from University of Karachi
And 3 years MBA from Iqra University.
What equivalency would I get? As BCOM 2 years is considered as Post Secondary Diploma.

Please visit this link Sir and you will find our answer there in the Credentials Comparison tab on the left
https://www.alberta.ca/iqas-education-guide-pakistan.aspx#toc-6
I did a survey, it says BCOM equals to Post Secondary Diploma and MBA 3 years would be considered as Bachelors ( these are each credential's value). However, combining two of them would get unknown equivalency (may be masters may be not)
Thats why I asked people who have experienced this.

can someone from Pakistan guide me regarding the wife's change of name after marriage? My wife changed her name after marriage and got a new CNIC. As there is no legal document for change of name in Pakistan, we are stuck with providing a document for that.

What kind of documentation should we provide frm Pakistan.

I ve recently attested my docs from BISE Multan.
They ve 2 departments for degree attestation. 1 is at the reception, 2500 rs. for 1 certificate. and they will then send docs to IBCC lhr. (That is not required for Canada) However I did that. And my docs were rejected by WES. So I went again, there is another department especially for Canada. It is inside Board Building. They will charge 5200 for Matric n F.Sc. Bring WES form with you, as it is required there. Then they will post it by their own to WES and will charge separately for that.
do you have any contact no. for the person who can tell me total charges of matric n inter attestations?

Do PCC have to match with the travel and address history ??
Yes it does. This screws up so many things but thats how the VO checks our PCC(s).

Please suggest what NOC should I select, since I can prepare any documents as per their requirements from my own company ...

Further Do we need to provide TAX documents, I am still not a filler....

It is as simple as that if you have lived on that address since you turned 18,but say e.g. You were living in Karachi,but relocated to Islamabad for Studies,you have to provide PCC for Islamabad too.Since if a crime is committed in Pakistan,eventually your data will be held at your Present and Permanent address,It is advisable to provide the PCCs of all the locations you have lived in after 18 years of age.If you have been to a place for say two months and came back after that,and you are not using that period in your application,you can simply use your Residence address.

I did moved to another city for studies but my address remained the same for all official correspondence as per CNIC. the address never changed on the CNIC the day i turned 18 till date..
