Hi,
did u send them any further evidence after ur appeal? I did sent them my each evidence as well as lot more new evidence and address all concerns of visa officer by giving them letter. I am Asaduzzaman. Me and my wife explain all misunderstanding of our vo. And explain them the truth and explain how do we feel about our relationship and love. and we sent IAD some reference letters from our family and friends who was present at our weeding. my wife lives in Canada and she collect a reference letter from her Bengali community president.
so if u send all ur photos from ur visit, All air ticket copy, money receipt of western union, travel documents and hotel bill copy, we went for 3 days together. ur joint bank account document and account and bank statement. send all this ti IAD as soon as possible, then officer will see whether u r eligible for ADR or not. The ADR process at the IAD usually involves an in-person meeting - an ADR Conference - that is scheduled to last for one hour. The IAD assigns a member to act as a dispute resolution officer (DRO) for each appeal that is selected for the ADR process. All DRO sreceive training in ADR and have in depth substantive and procedural knowledge of sponsorship appeal issues. the ADR Conference participants are the Minister's counsel, and the appellant and their counsel. About half of the cases that go through ADR will have a final result without the parties having to attend an oral hearing. Usually this is CIC agreeing to the appeal being allowed, or it could be the appellant withdrawing the appeal.
it u select for adr u r lucky ur processing will be faster. if u dont then u will go for a full hearing. which will take 18 to 24 months.
read ur blue book very carefully and point out each and every concerns of the immigration officer. write down all concerns. And try to make ready all answers of those concerns. Concerns are the various reasons u were refused for. Try to address all concerns because u and ur spouse know each and every single details of ur application. Discus with ur spouse, give lot more time on it. We did like this, we wrote letter to the immigration officer. Me and my wife individually and in the letter we discus our full story first then we address each and every single concerns of our blue book. We also give some reference letters from our parents, friends and relatives who attained our marriage.
We hired a lawyer, she did a good job. She attach a lot of photos of our wedding and other photos from her visit. All air ticket copy, money receipt of western union, travel documents and hotel bill copy, we went for 3 days together. Our joint bank account document and account and bank statement. And more then a thousand copy of SKYPE AND VIBER chat transcripts. prepare ur self . Hope info is helpful. best of luck.
