Yes it is normal, I received my request schedule a first and then medical exam.

Applied to Mississauga office from Australia.

Looks to me, based off other people's timelines, that we should receive Sponsor Approved(?) in the next few weeks. I suppose only time will tell.

Feb. 1= application link to CIC account
= request schedule A (IMM 5669)
Feb. 7= submitted the schedule A
Feb. 17= request medical exam
Feb. 21= met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor
March 1= application forwarded to the visa office from Missisuaga to Manila
March 7= took the medical exam

So my husband received an email approving his sponsorship on 2nd march and saying that I needed to submit my schedule A form. We were expecting I would receive an email too but it never came. Went on my cic account repeatedly, noticed nothing. Today I went in again and in the application submitted tab noticed the schedule a requirement by march 9. I immediately uploaded my file and it says replacement added but it’s already past the due date. Does anyone know what might happen and what I can do?

Hi Guys,

I'm supposed to submit my Schedule A & PCC by 24th March. Im supposed to submit PCC from 3 countries (Singapore, Malaysia & India). However, I have only 2 out of 3. My Singapore PCC is still processing and might take more than a week or 2 past the submission deadline. I'm really starting to stress out.. can anybody advice.

This is my timeline
App Recvd: 21/Dec
Sponsor AOR1: 9/Feb
PA AOR1: 14/Feb
Sch A & PCC Request: 23/Feb
Medical Req: 26/Feb
Sponsor Approval: 7/Mar
Medical Exam: 12/Mar
Medical Passed: 17/Mar

Write a letter explaining that you have not yet received it, and submit evidence that it's been applied for with your other two certificates. It will eventually need to be provided, but as long as you don't have it you'll need to show IRCC that you are working to get it.

Once you have it, you can then submit it via the web form.

Thanks evdm.. i kinda knew i had to put in my explanation.. but wouldn't it cause delay for the AOR2? just trying to see if anybody else has been through the same scenario as me and their experience.
