LOL.. I feel that's glitch. It happened to me. But not sure everyone gets it..

also there are so many here on this forum before us that haven't got an update which makes me wonder why files are being picked randomly. so i dont have any hopes for tomorrow but hopefully soon ? :/

Its been 14 month i didn't met my husband
So hard to wait

I totally understand because we are in the same boat. I also haven’t met my husband for loooong period....I don’t understand thar they too have families so why they can’t understand our feelings, why can’t they work properly so that the married couples can start their proper married life easily??

Hi Guys, are you guys (principal applicants) government employee or second marriage or any other issue you think of that is causing this delay? pls reply

My application is very straight forward even the officer is satisfied with our relationship( gmsc notes).
My husband isn’t government employe nor it’s our second marriage.
My travel history isn’t too long to check.
The only thing is I’m from Italy, I also submitted italian pcc( it was not even asked by officer as we read on gmsc notes)... so really I don’t have idea why they are delaying even my aor2 is on 23 March so it has been long that nvdo is having my file. My last update is when I submitted the medical in May that’s it.

Yes, I tried. The only information I got that they are still processing criminality....not other update...MP inquiry was not useful for me.
I also sent case specific inquiry on 27 feb. They r suppose to answer in 28 working days so let’s see

you're from Italy and living in India? Which maybe why its taking longer? its just an assumption

No I live in Italy from last 8 years, I don’t live in India, I’m permanent resident here but I have indian passport

U r a permanent resident of Italy? I wonder why they sent ur file to new delhi instead of italian visa office :/ i get u r an indian resident but according to the website they usually send it to the nearest visa office for ur current residence? Wtf r they doing :/ also im guessing u sent indian Pcc as well! U shud send lots of emails to them.

Only thing i notice different in ur app is they asked u for a medical after AOR2? What’s up with that? :/ I think u will get an update soon since ur medical will expire in May. Hope the best for u

Our files have been sitting there since August. Its normal. U wont hear anything until its been sitting there for 7 months. If lucky then 5! But most likely 7-8 months

its not correct,
some may applicant have AOR2 in september and october but june applicant with august aor2 did not received any update.

No i didnt mean that. I am thinking like they would have seperate folders for different months for application received dates.
In each month’s respective folder, they deal with files according to the aor2 date, ( like as files keep reaching NdVo , they kept organising them in that order)Its just my perception, i dont know how true it is.
