Temporary Worker Visa marrying a fiancée with tourist visa

Hi, I am from Philippines with a temporary work visa and I would like to marry my fiancée with a tourist visa.Is it possible that we can be married here in Canada and she may get an open work visa?or do I need to marry here in our country?

A visitor visa is not an impediment to getting married in Canada, as long as you meet any other eligibility criteria.
Whether you are entitled to an open work permit depends on what status and employment your spouse has.

He is a permanent resident in Canada, Is it possible to marry and apply for open work permit and permanent resident in Canada? Does marrying in Canada does not hinder my application for permanent resident?
