noc 1225 or 4032???

Hi! Please help... my spouse is the principal sponsor and his current noc is 1225 (10yrs) but previously worked as noc 4032 (5yrs). he is also currently doing multisports (triathlon) coaching. now, we are quiet uncertain which one to put as noc in our application as he is more keen to go back to teaching.

Write the most relevant one preferably for which you can arrange reference letter easily. Also this NOC that you put doesn't stop you from applying/working in other NOC jobs!

As far as I know since the last time I applied, Express Entry only considers the experience within the last past 10 years from now. You probably need to discard some of those experience because 10+5+x is more than 10 years already
