Thanks yes its working for me as well but not sure why it’s asking me to update address at this point. Never seen anyone getting this on ecas. So little confused. The address should be of my spouse in India but it’s asking me to add Canadian address.

Any suggestions will be help, not updating for now
Its normal for that URL to ask you for New Address, as the URL itself is for "change in address".
Make sure you using right URL :
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

you dont need to update anything,
it is happening because now that link takes you to change address part of ecas.
if you google it again and select any other ecas link of samewebpage, it will respond normally

because almost every May applicant is still waiting
 
My husband was right our application might take another 5 months :( NDVO is taking forever I don’t understand

theres only a few may applicants left...according to the spreadsheet. Also taking into consideration that a lot of them go not reported to this forum after dm

Hahaha there is a lot more than u think. At least 15 of them I talk to regularly.
