I need to upload my Imm5669 and pcc on Ircc web form, can i upload it straight ,i mean validate my imm5669 fill my name and ulpoad it or i print it out then sign up with pen by my printed name in the name box then scan it then upload
Can anyone help me how i do it please

If you read the declaration on IMM5669, the line immediately above the 'signature' box says:

I agree that by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application

So all you have to do is type your name in the signature box, type in the date, hit the 'validate' button, save it, then electronically upload the file!

Should you choose to submit this form to the Case Processing Centre Mississauga by mail or
through the IRCC Web form, you must complete additional steps prior to submission:

1. Ensure you validate the Schedule A form.
2. Print out the form and sign in writing (provide your handwritten signature) next to your name
in the signature box.

If you do not sign and date the form according to these instructions, another copy of the form with a signature will be required.

Once these steps are completed, you can submit the validated and signed copy of this form to CPC-Mississauga via mail or through the IRCC Web form.
