1. Usually only when you are refused a study permit, but they will withhold a processing fee. Check the schools web site for their refund polices.
Hiii but it is possible that , I will get my tuition fees back before I am going to start my program.
I mean , suppose I take an example
A = my first preference university
B = my second preference university
So..
If I will get admission from B university and I will pay fees in B university...and after one month or after granted my visa( study permit) I will get admission in A university which is my first preference..so can I will get my tuition fees back from B university.
