Is it possible to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency through Express Entry mode for an Indian employee who has been working in the government sector or in trade irrelevant to his/her qualifications for the last three years?

Sir as far as my concern it is possible to apply but difficult to get PR ...is it so ? Because job experience must be of relavent trade not different .Please clear my doubt if you have idea about that.

It isn't the case.
Unless make a mess on your documents, your application will cruise.

Be it a military personnel/trade/software person, they all should be gone through same process and security screening.

The delay in the processing time vastly inclines to number of trips outside your country(more security screen) and complexity of your case.

That being said, that wouldn't deter you to get PPR but create a simple delay.
