but how can course and college play an role in my rejection and also my funds shows total of 45 lakhs which i assumed is sufficient

yes my previous qualification is bachelors and i applied for artisanal culinary arts that is a graduate program

hotel management includes culinary, service, front office, housekeeping and more like it...i included that in my SOP

It's a 31 week graduate certificate course. IMO, the fact that you aren't attempting a higher level of education after your bachelors degree (Masters, PHD, Etc.) is the reason for the refusal. My 2 cents.

i see a lot of students applying for diploma like that after graduation,, i don't know why it happened with me,,and there are not a lot of masters program offered in canada for culinary and pastry,,,all are post graduate diploma and all
