I know. However, I’d suggest call them again tomorrow. Probably they’ll have an update by then ?
They are releasing the old lot results now. Their system error whatever that was, has apparently been rectified now. That’s what they told me. I’m staying positive!
Honestly, I stopped pulling my hair over the delay because the frustration was getting the better of me. It’s not easy but try to not let this get the better of you

So i submitted my EOR on 26-Feb-2018 and today I receive their response with change in Speaking from 7 to 7.5 but unfortunately writing remains the same at 6.5. My CRS is 429 now. Dont know what to do. Turning 31 in may so i will lose 5 more points .

Sorry to hear that dude At least you will get the refund since your speaking score has been increased - and your re-mark did get resolved in a much more timely manner than most others on the thread. Wish you had managed the Writing score you wanted to achieve with the re-mark though, since I can imagine it’s tough luck to do the test all over again, just for want of a Band more in Writing Best of luck for the next test and don’t lose heart - Im sure you’ll manage the score you need across all sections in your next attempt

You have all reasons to be happy.
Firstly, you got your EOR in just few days which is just phenomenal. In my case, I am still waiting even after 4 months, you can imagine the frustration level.
Secondly, one of your scores increase so you will get refund. That’s just wow!
Finally, you won’t waste many days in waiting and now as your result is out you can completely focus on next test without getting distracted about EOR.

I’m so happy that this IELTS chapter is now closed! Four long months of waiting but the outcome was positive in the end! I’m on cloud nine today!

Yes I did apply for eor after you. I’m not sure why are they taking so long for yours!
I can imagine your state of mind.
To answer your question, no they didn’t email me anything. But on call they confirmed when the result was posted out. Since I live in Delhi, I believe it arrived quickly.
