Why don't you send Schedule A with all the documents?

Why don't you send Schedule A and police certificates together with all other documents? I do not see any indication that they have to be sent later.

The process changed in December 2016. Prior to that, you did send Schedule A and police certs up front (as well as an up-front medical). This all changed from Dec 2016 onwards. Probably because the processing times were so long that the medicals and police certs were becoming out of date, purely due to how long it took CIC to process them - as for why Schedule A - who knows!

In any event, you will be asked for both Schedule A, police certs and medical(s) by CIC when they want them after submission. You will be wasting your time and money to send them in up-front as they will likely simply ask for new ones again (and you simply will not be able to do an up front medical even if you tried as the panel physician has no way to submit).

If we don't send them with the rest of documents, they'll just return our application as incomplete.

Didn't it just change a few weeks back when they updated the checklist to say you can (not can..must!) submit schedule A and police certificate with rest of your app?

I may be wrong but I thought I saw something about that..

Yeah they switched it back to submitting upfront.

There's a grace period until mid March but it is back to upfront submission

I wondered why they changed it back in December 2016 as it seemed to just introduce yet more work for them and pauses in the process for no reason I could fathom!
