One more hurdle down, we have passed the medical. The file has already been sent to Kingston so here is hoping the next few months this all gets wrapped up.

How do you know if the file has been transferred ? I sent Schd A and Police Certificate through GCKEY on Feb 13th.
The only message I see there is this

uploaded- not submitted to IRCC then the uploaded file name under it.

The date that it was required by is gone and if I go to update information it tells me uploading this file will replace the previous one submitted.

So, I am assuming the the files were uploaded through the GCKEY when it states if I upload again it will replace on submitted.

Could some one let me know as this is driving me a little crazy the last few days.

Hi @wagggal, upload your files again. It should say file submitted only when you are finish. That happen to me. I ended up calling cic # and the customer sevice person told me that I should upload again because it's not submitted. If you check ecas it will tell you when your file is transferred to kvo. Ecas gets updated frequently. All the best with your application.

Did yours say upload successful when you submitted it ?? Today is my deadline to submit and I can not call CIC from here in Jamaica. Please give me your thoughts ! Thanks again!

AFTER upload successfully scroll down and click next contintue until its complete and you see exit then check again it should say sent.

I did it again, I scroll down and I don,t see a next to click on, only thing I see is return to documents or a cancel button....sorry to be a pain !

@wagggal, just like ludabrown says...scroll down click next and then submit again. Then sign out and sign in and it should say submitted.

Thanks, I got it....I just assumed that when it said upload successful that it is there!! Geeze, I had to do a digital signature part also.

Okay so
I got the application back and the mistake was we didn’t submit the form regarding non accompany child. We thought it would be fine as he is a legal guardian. However, the mother doesn’t want to sign what do we do in this case. Just write a letter?
