My documents reached WES on 1 Feb.

Status updated to reviewing docs again: 6 Feb (possibly my earlier mail from my university reached? - university had sent the documents but I did not have tracking - I resent the docs using tracking after earlier mail [sent on 9 Jan] hadn't reached for more than 3 weeks)

But still documents under review
My application reached 2/23 and status currently is "Documents in review" as of 3/1.. my wife document received on 2/21 and the same status. Can anyone suggest when the status will change to "evaluation in progress"?
Also, 20 days clock starts from status changed to "documents on review" or "application in progress"?

Once your status changes to document reviewed and evaluation in progress then 20 days clock starts. It takes 7 to 24 days depends on ONLY WES to finish document review. In my case it took 23 days to finish document review
my documents were recieved on the 19th of feb

I called WES, first staff said 20 business days is from Mar2(receiving date), 2nd called, the staff said 20 business days is from documents approval date. And now got confused with 2 different opinions, should i call the 3rd time? Lol
Curious if they will move the date everyday while it is in reviewing status?
