Express Entry Application

Hi guys,
I have a situation , I am working in canada on 1 yr work permit , and after that I have to apply for PR(express entry).my problem is .

1) My work permit expires Nov. 11 2018 and I finish my 1 yrs of Canadian work experience on 20 Oct 2018.
so If I complete my EE profile after 20 oct and wait for ITA , I just have 20 days in hand, or I have an option for Bridge Work permit, but still dont know weather I can get it on 20 days.

2) I have my sisters wedding in DEC 12 which I cant miss so i need to go back to India for that. And I am still waiting for ITA ,while I am on Bridge work permit I cant leave, if I leave They wont allow me Back.

so should I leave canada after my work permit expires ,and apply for express entry From India,
And If i do so Will I'll be still counted as CEC(Canadian experience class)

What should I Do?

You cannot apply for a bridge permit until after you've submitted your PR application.
In theory you could file a PR application in 20 days and apply for bridge permit before your current permit runs out.
You can also either try to move to a closed work permit with a positive LMIA, change your status in Canada to visitor after your work permit expires but that means you can't work here any more, or leave Canada and file your PR application from overseas

How many points you will be at after 1 year ? It all depends on your ee score. If you can have above 450 you will easily get invitation with in that 20 days. In my case and got invitation with in 7 days after creating the profile
