AOR in February 2018

If you are in IP after a passed medicals, then it is IP2, an IP before passed medicals is IP1.

So what after IP2? Generally, how long does it take for PPR?

Give it some time. About a week at the very least.

did you get an email from CIC saying your account has been updated? Got this email like an hour ago. does this mean we are definitely in IP2

Yes. I did. The status now is "Your action is required". I have downloaded the Singapore PCC request issued by CIC. The application will be processed once I submit the Singapore PCC.
