Hi everyone! My application was received on January 10th and i haven’t received an AOR or my application back in the mail. Should i be worried?

No...there is still lots of time for AOR to arrive!

In the 2017 spreadsheet it shows that only 35% of December candidates have received In Process.

I would imagine that the actual processing is more time consuming for IRCC staff than the initial checking to give out the AOR. So I would expect that there's a chance of all the extra applications from October onwards will surely begin to bottleneck at some point.

It'll be interesting to see whether we January applications will be carried along with the wave at the current pace, or if our times start to stretch out. Hopefully the pace keeps up for now!
