wow really I hope its not a glitch? Because I am Oct applicant? I see that May - Aug applicants are getting it now?
Or am I just not getting this right ...

I mean if is a glitch I guess they would’ve fixed by now we’ll see what happens

nope, the only way to find it out is by waiting, bcoz CIC never fixes the glitch untill the website goes for maintenance again.
i tried to be optimistic, but now i am quiet sure that even a january 2018 applicant who has gc key lined would have background check in process

True I mean I get if may and June got background check started but November? Doesn’t seem right

True I mean I get if may and June got background check started but November? Doesn’t seem right

yet to confirm, i am trying to reach some who got aor 1 recently and check if they have same on their gc key account

Everyone did not ? My friend is from Nov 2 applicant Nepal but his file is going through NDVO ...

that's where we have to save ourselves from having a false hope.
u know what, my wife is in india considering ndvo speed last summer i was expecting her to join me in december having dreams of getting her ppr every week after week, but nothing hurts as much when a hope fails.

so rather i would have the hard line and accept the bitter fact than to have a false hope

and it just that someone wud like to be positive everywhere but somepeople also needs to consider "worst case scenario"

i believe in positive energy. an update is an update. they've had system updates every single week. how come we didn't get this glitch before. anyway, even if u r right what point does it prove? u will only be "right" about. rather just enjoy the moment and take life as it comes.

they better be. last year at this time they were giving PPRS to august applicants. so......yeah

After the initial petition that went around, we needed some volunteers for doing a interview with CBC as they were interested in bringing this issue up and I think that caught some attention and some one did come forward to do this:

what’s the average wait time for getting DM? I’m guessing a month cuz may applicants are first....
