Infact i really don't trust consultants, if you are comfortable you can follow this site and get familiar with the complete procedure and do all the stuff on your own.

I heard ECA differs with institutions. Some evaluate "10+2+3+2" as Bachelors only while some as 1 year masters. Please guide me which institution is generous. I have completed masters from Nepal and completed 3 semesters as PhD in Korea (incomplete yet )

Request the university to reply again and this time double check the reference number and email ID.
Now I'm more worried about my wife's ECA. I lose 5 points on March 26, and I want to be in before the draw on 21st. My wife's evaluation started on 16th (second review) and she's sent the bare minimum : one degree certificate copy and sealed transcript from her university. Funnily enough, WES acknowledged in their email that they received my docs on 25th Jan. That was actually the date I made my payment and my documents reached them only on 30th morning. WES needs to explain what they did to my docs from 25th (as per them) to 5th Feb (2nd review status update)!!

4. Hoping for ECA report: On or before 7 March will be awesome

My wife's timeline is similar, Documents delivered on 20th Feb and waiting for the status to change for docs received.

Wait a bit, how did your status directly change to under evaluation? Do you actually mean under review?
They might be verifying the docs not under the evaluation and he might have misunderstood it..
