Hi,

I am filling my child’s citizenship application form cit0003e-2. Under section 8 Details of child’s parents there are 2 section for parents. Is it for mother and father or is it only for father.

In the same application at the end it ask are you appointing an individual firm or organization as your representative. What should I select? Also in case of appointing and individual/representative there is another use of representative form that needs to be filled. Please guide

At the end of the form it ask for parent’s signature and child signature. In my case child is less than 14 years of age, who should be signing in that box of child?

For my wife application cit0002e-2, she has always been a home maker. In question 11 Name of employer, Name of contact, phone no and email address what should I write

I got my recent passport renewed from Toronto, Canada. Under question1 14 where it is asked about passport country of issue and place of issue should I write Canada, Toronto or should I gave my home country name and city.

Yes, if you provided different email addresses for yourself and your wife, then you will get two separate emails.

okay. What's up with this..? Have not received any Booklet till date and why would they send me the booklet before my app is in Process.. can someone please explain.. Appreciated.

They don't mail out physical books anymore, unless you don't provide an email address on your application. You can download the pdf and audio version by clicking on the link. You can also order a physical copy using the same link.

Yes. It can take upto a month, sometimes longer.
