I am applying PR for wife under family class, I have opened my own incorporation 4 months ago ,and working under it as employee, please help me with employment or is it not required.

Then I think, you are not the employer. Employer is somebody else. If yes, get a letter from the person who’s owing the incorporation. I am not much aware about the incorporation thing.

Also you can get letters from your colleagues, your supervisor, where you are working. These may also add value.

It's not strictly required. IRCC only need to be satisfied that you are not likely to be requiring welfare. Just provide the information requested in the application forms and if you wish to add any extra information to your application, do so on a separate sheet of paper with the details of the application form number and question number.

You don’t technically need to show or have employment to sponsor your spouse. You just need to show that you’ll be able to support yourselves. You can do that by providing proof of revenue from your work in your corporation, a savings account, and also the potential employment your spouse will be able to get once in Canada.

I am also self employed and instead of a letter, I joint my business bank account statement for the last 4 months and also wrote a letter that said that i am self employed, how much money I make per month and said that the last 4 months of statement proved that income and can send more statement if needed.

You just need to write a letter stating you are self employed and you started [name] corporation at [date]. Include how much you pay yourself salary & such.

It is very possible to own an incorporation and being an employee of that incorporation. Lots of doctors and social workers (as well as other's, I'm sure) do it this way.
