I have question! I am about to upload my FBI PCC to GCkey account and the system asks me about the document name, doc number, date of issue and date of expire. I need to confirm with you guys

Doc name: FBI Police Clerance
Doc Number: I put the number E201XXXXXXX. Is this correct?
Doc issued: the date they issue which is on my paper
Doc Expire: I never come back to US since 2011 so I see people there put one year from the date they issue. Is that correct?

Just got my FBI PCC from the new eDO process. Same as few others, my dob is off by one day. Definitely this is a problem from their end.

Whats the latest on this? If someone has submitted the new edo report and it has been accepted, please let us know.

My report has the same issue with one day off in DOB, I called the support number and they said they are aware of the issue and working on getting it fixed, but no exact date yet but I am expecting they will regenerate the report. I am suspecting it to be a timezone issue with the date entry as I submitted it from India

Did they Issue a new report with correct DOB ?

It may have been the case in the past since FBI did not have the electronic submission system. Now that it is working, there is no way it will not be accepted by the CIC. Both paper and electronic versions are same anyway. While it may be too early to ensure actual acceptance of the eDO report by CIC, I am pretty sure it will be accepted.

Ok, I was just on the phone with the FBI customer service guy. He said they were aware of the bug from their end, and their developer just pulled an all nighter to fix it. In fact, he said it’s top priority and should be fixed within the week. A new PCC will be generated and sent out correctly. If the problem isn’t solved by next week, call back.

If everything went well with your fingerprint card and payment, your application must have been processed by now and mailed out sometime mid January. I would call or email them to check the status of it.

I was trying to say November 6th, I always mix up those two months in English Sorry.

Ahan, no problem. They were processing November 3rd yesterday so today must be November 6th. Again, if everything goes well, your's should be mailed out in the next day or so. Delivery to your place depends on where you reside.

No, unless you email them to check the status. First class mail delivery to Toronto takes two weeks.

They corrected the mistake in my DOB (eDO) and I received the new copy just now. Everyone should get a new one soon

Did you call them and sent one or they just sent it based off a prior request? Will they mail it again? Wondering if I should call them again.
