If you submitted your profile after Jan 1st then you have to wait for Ontario NOI, and hope you got NOI before April.

Would anyone would like to shed some light over current NOI issuance situation, Why is OINP issuing NOIs only to 430s n 440s range whereby in every notification they mentioned that they will send NOI to all having CRS 400 and above.
Sitting at 411 with NOC 2171 & 4163....Frustrated

Hi all, I am new to this forum, Please forgive, if my queries are repetitive in this thread. I had entered EE pool on 22nd December 2017 and my CRS is 427 NOC 2173 Software Engineer. I haven't yet received NOI from Ontario. I understand Ontario had send NOIs for applicants with score between 440s-433 in the months of Jan and Feb 2018. My query is:
1. I happened to notice that Ontario is sending NOIs only for applicants those had entered Federal EE after jan 1st 2018. Will they consider applications from Dec 2017 in the coming months.
2. Is there any process where I could send Letter of intent to any particular Canadian State so as to get ITA from them. I reached out to a Canadian PR Consultancy in Chennai, India. They informed that I could send Letter of Intent to Ontario state Province to get ITA directly even when I haven't received NOI from them.
Please do share your views and enlighten me. Thanks in advance.

I'm waiting for ITA with a CRS of 434; profile submitted last year September. Is it advisable to withdraw and create another profile considering draws have been 440+ with the tiebreaker rule?

NOC 2133 Electrical and Electronics Engineers
NOC 2147 Computer Engineers (Except Software Engineers and Designers)
NOC 2171 Information Systems Analysts and Consultants
NOC 2172 Database Analysts and Data Administrators
NOC 2173 Software Engineers and Designers
NOC 2174 Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers
NOC 2175 Web Designers and Developers
NOC 2241 Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technologists and Technicians
NOC 2281 Computer Network Technicians
NOC 2282 User Support Technicians
NOC 2283 Systems Testing Technicians
NOC 5224 Broadcast Technicians
NOC 5241 Graphic Designers and Illustrators
But, the other day, I have seen people in this thread saying that they received NOIs in spite of the fact that their job code is not part the above list.

That is not true as far as my knowledge goes.
Consultants and senior individuals have all said it is for people having a CRS 400 +
Same is also mentioned on the website.
So why would they target specific people unless they declare it

Folks waiting on OINP and scores around 420-430 ish... better to re-create profile. Ontario seems to be lazy in searching. Picking candidates only from small portion of pool. Be smart!
