DIP is the final stage where applicants were either rejected/approved.
Unless you screwed up big time while submission of documents, it's rarity OINP reject applicants.

You would have also received PFL letter if they find any anomalies with your application. Try contacting them.

Hi There,

What is next step post "Decision in Progress" status. I logged into my One Key Portal Account today, my file is not visible now. Or should the status changes to “Nomination” in One Key portal only.

What could be the reason? Can anyone help if it has happened to anyone else also.

Regards

Adil K

Hi,
I'd created my profile on Jan 16th this year and have updated my score to 434 from 420 yesterday. As I've read this at many places that NOI is issued to new profiles only. Should I wait for the NOI on my current profile for would it be more efficient to create a new profile?
Wait for noi on your newly created updated profile. Should get noi this Friday or next.
Good luck

Job title doesn't matter...your job profile and responsabilities matter

If you job responsabilities falls under particular noc than it is ok irrespective of job title

One would think that the PNP route would take less time as documents were already processed when receiving a nomination

Yup, logically PNP applicants should take less time.
But for case officer to review PNP applicants, they have to
  • wait for province to send batch files of the candidates they nominated for that month.
  • Screening the applicant, "Does he acquired province through right stream in a right way?"
Hence the processing time solely relies on the above criteria.

Can't you view status of your file? It might be a technical issue, where you have to email POCI.technique@ontario.ca stating your issues.

Post DIP, you will see "approved" under status (OINP page), Accept/decline nomination (IRCC page).
