Yes, the average reported so far is 2 days. I got mine in exactly 48 hours. Thanks a lot . I already got last week my PCC . I think now it seems very fast .. does they really process in 2 days ?
No big deal, they will send you another redundant letter when they process the paper application. Unfortunately it cost you $18 extra.Had I known about this earlier it would have saved me the effort of sending the eDO documents and unnecessary getting finger prints again and sending via FedEx. Feeling
However, if my current eDO documents get processed will request FBI to cancel my paper application sent earlier.
I saw an update in the account within 24 hours. (Docs status changed from "We need additional..." to "We are reviewing...")How soon do you get an acknowledgment after you have uploaded your FBI PCC to your CIC application?
@sid8tive, Did you raise a CSE? I clicked on "View Submitted Application" and it gave me option to upload the PCC and submit. wondering it that was the right way to do. I submitted yesterday around 4 PM CST, no acknowledgement yetI saw an update in the account within 24 hours. (Docs status changed from "We need additional..." to "We are reviewing...")
I did the same. Submitted via the application itself.@sid8tive, Did you raise a CSE? I clicked on "View Submitted Application" and it gave me option to upload the PCC and submit. wondering it that was the right way to do. I submitted yesterday around 4 PM CST, no acknowledgement yet
Cool. Ya seemed an easy way, donno why ppl talk abt CSEs for this. I will wait and see if the status changes for me this evening!!I did the same. Submitted via the application itself.
Hi, only place I know is the police branch on Dukes Street in downtown. Same place you'd request your Jamaican police report.Gm. This question is to the Jamaican, can you inbox me your number? I want to talk about the USA PCC and where you got your prints done.
3-5 business days. You should receive it this week.Hey Guyz,
My paper based application was processed successful today (application received on Nov 1st), any idea how many days will the standard USPS mail will take for it to deliver to east coast (Boston to be precise)?
Just applied online and submitted the confirmation along with the required details. I was to dispatch the fingerprints tomorrow but I guess I can delay it by couple of days to see if the response time is the same!I was searching for an option to cancel my initial submission on FBI website when I saw this.
Option to Resubmit via eDO
If you submitted an Identity History Summary request on or after November 1, 2017 via trackable mail only, you have the option to resubmit the request electronically via eDO.
- Visit https://www.edo.cjis.gov and submit your application and payment.
- Forward your eDO confirmation e-mail to identity@fbi.gov and include the following mandatory information in your e-mail: telephone number, name of carrier service (i.e., FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, etc.), and the carrier tracking number for your original request.
- Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will locate your original request and use your previously submitted fingerprint card to process your electronic request.
- Note: You will only be charged for your eDO request. If you submitted a certified check or money order with your original request, it will be returned to the payer via U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail. If you submitted credit card information, it will be securely destroyed.
That means those who have already sent their prints after November 1 2017, can get their response via eDo.
Thank you for all your suggestions and contributions to this forum! ...3-5 business days. You should receive it this week.
