and submit an ECA. Please submit an ECA no later than 45
days from the date of this letter. Failure to complete this
assessment will result in your application being rejected.

contents of the post is little bit surprising -1 . Inquiry has come after 1.5 years. 2- NOC determination is the responsibility of SINP not ours , what it matter if I say I belong to this noc or that noc. 3. Pl check if he applied any other time to sinp and mentioned another NOC or change it in Express entry profile.

No, he is Aug, 2017 applicant. He never applied to SINP and has no express entry profile because of IELTS. PILU is talking about his preapplication in their database. You know preapplication means application before submission to SINP. Anyway, whatever the thing is, he is in PILU, the steadiest unit of SINP.

As I understand, they are not able to locate your company, may be they are searching some maps or websites. You need to show some government document to prove that company is present on specified address., Could be electric bill or something similar.

Email address domain in letterhead doesn't seems share same name as company name, like it must be Gmail or some public domain. You need to provide proof that email exists since the company creation and not something created recently. Could be first page of inbox.

You need to write you job duties in ur own words, should not be genric as noc.

This includes ensuring that the information and documents submitted by applicants are authentic and that misrepresentation has not taken place.
Upon review of your application, it has been revealed that your application fee of $300.00 was paid using a credit card that is linked to other applications in our system. The PIU has concerns that you have engaged the services of a 3rd party representative that was not disclosed on your application. Failure to disclose this information to the SINP may be considered a misrepresentation of the signed Ethical Conduct Form that was submitted with your SINP application.
The PIU is prepared to provide you with an opportunity to provide an explanation regarding this payment on your application. You must submit the additional information within ten (10) days of receiving this letter by email.

Failure to respond to this letter or provide information to satisfy the PIU may result in your application being deemed ineligible by PIU.

They must have used consultant, who used same card without disclosure that he is third part representative.

It's 7 months from SINP + 6 months for certification, I submitted on 10 Jan intake and recently applied for ISP certification. Have couple of friends who applied in Oct and waiting.
