Is your medical passed? If its passed there is no need to worry

I dnt know what is the status of my medical because i dnt have an account.... i thnk if there was an issue in medical then they maybe contacted me for additional test....but they didn’t... only change my status from in process to Decision Made...

Now should I email IMM5562 as well because I have no proof that I have uploaded those documents via Webform. Please advise

yes i believe you should mail them asap with tracking #. Keep a record with you. Once received, you can send an email to LVO explaining the same. In your email you can again attached the IMM5562 referencing the tracking # as well and date it was received at LVO

Ok I checked ECAS and got this:

Fill a new Sch A form and write a cover explaining the situation honestly in clear words. Send both to LVO via email/webform.

Yes i asked her to write a cover letter. Cic gave option to upload schA and also optional documents upload button. So we will upload both. It was an honest mistake i hope they accept the new schA with no issues.

In Spreadsheet you are Aug 3rd ,2017 Applicant. Masha Allah your immigration process is going way faster than expected. in just 6 months you got pre-arrival service letter. Thats the big news. I am July 2017 applicant, 7 months passed nothing.
I think next step for you is the "DM" and then PPR.
