Multiple GCMS notes, Implications ?

Hi Guys,

I just applied for my GCMS notes- I had a question for the seniors.

How frequently can I apply for these notes ?

I know they take 30 days to process this request, But what if anyone applies before these 30 days are over ?

The GCMS notes are processed within 30 to 40 days and ideally a person should wait until he receives the GCMS notes. It does not make sense to re-apply GCMS notes within 30 days. A person can wait few months to request GCMS notes again

3-4 months is too long. Once a month is about right. If you do it more than once a month, they are still processing the last one and will just send you the same notes. I'm not sure GCMS can help much though. If you're expecting any correspondence, more important thing is to check ECAS, email and your residential mail box.

Ordering these notes don't really help speed up an application. These are for informational purposes only. After some deciphering, you'll be able to figure out what all checks have completed on your application, and what is pending.

FWIW, ordering these notes helped with my PR application, because i discovered that they had entered the wrong NOC code for me. I emailed them immediately to get it corrected.
