yes sis, maganda yun lalo na pag gusto mo magamit pinag aralan mo dito sa phil. tapos tuturo din mga allowed at not allowed sa check in luggage, handcarry, etc..mga need kunin pagkalanded..maganda sis attend kaba?

Itscnot mandatory. Its optional, you csn attend if you want or you can just ignore it. But it is highly recommended to attend your Pre arrival.

It's not mandatory. Other than the fact that it's free, accdg sa mga naka-attend na okay siya. And if malayo ka sa areas they hold it, merong mga online lang, and libre din. Oras lang ilalaan natin.

Hi, anyone from july applicants who recieved pre arrival letter last dec 9 2017 and until now the status is stii "in process"?

Im not a July applicant. But I also received a Pre arrival. Our background check is in process for almost a month now. But still no DM and PPR.

Yes they provide Certificates. But i dont think you can use that certificate for your future jobs. Certificate is just a piece of paper, but the knowledge and the information that you can get on the Pre Arrival is very informative and very useful. I reccommend Planning for Canada-COA. Its a 2 day seminar; first day is a Group Orientation (8am-4pm) then the next day is one on one discussion; they called it MAP (My Action Plan). And its all free of charge.
If you want your pre arrival to be online, you can register to other organization that provides online pre arrival. AEIP is another online organization that provides Pre arrival services; they usually use webinars. Another online Pre arrival organization is SOPA (arriveprepared.ca). They offer free online courses.

Yes they provide Certificates. But i dont think you can use that certificate for your future jobs. Immigrant Centre Pre-Arrival Centre also provides services online and you can receive services in Tagalog. But it's only for Manitoba.

If anyone is going to Manitoba, sign up for www.ic-pac.com, it's the only one that specializes in Manitoba, so you can obtain information about school enrolment, the health system, housing, finances, etc. There is personalized assistance in Filipino, Spanish and French too.
