Yeah...I am awaiting for by FBI PCC and ECA badly...FBI PCC even if it comes within 90 days period of ITA is not an issue, but first I want to create EE profile with ECA in my hand. Also my university unnecessarily sent same docs twice. Had they not sent it again the transcripts that reached on 15th Jan would be accepted and process would finish 1 week earlier. Re-sending the docs had delayed ECA report by 1 week.

Yes you're right. Your transcripts itself are basically attested marksheets (some universities actually do this, while the norm is to send a single sheet with all semesters marks). So it's strange that WES is asking for attested marksheets. Was your wife's transcript sent by you or the university? If sent by you, did you ensure that the envelope had its stamp and seal?
Exactly what time in the day did you receive the final completion email, My application status changed to "final review" on 04/02 and expected completion is 07/02.

I got an update on 4th that it’s under final review. And in Toronto it is still 1 am so waiting for another 23 hours , we should receive some update today
Even my due date is 07th Feb, waiting for a positive report after all the waiting
