Fact is a fact is a fact. So if you're already separated and no chance of getting together again in future, there is no point in non disclosure of this material fact to CIC while proceeding for immigration. Also official divorce document will be needed when it will become available after formal filing. The bottom line is that you have to disclose this information regarding permanent separation with your husband detailing the associated reasons.

Thanks Hasan for replying. There is no chance in future, that am sure but filling for divorce dnt always guarantee that it will be in the person's favour especially where children are Involved. Am referring to custody of the children. In a case of full custody and partial custody. That I was told by my lawyer that they can't guarantee that.

Sadly for them 6 or 7 months is nothing they consider it new application my application took 10 months for interview and 15 months until got PPR now waiting PUM , i hope it will move fast for you but you are still early to get upset as under 12 months is normal.

Not worry as if passed 6 months for BGC except good news soon as this step the most time consuming the good part you passed eligibility so relax.

Brother Hassan please help me what to do ? At the end if the interview the vo said : I am really concerned about your case because it is really rare that same sponsor and applicant get divorced and remarried and I told him that it was our biggest mistake in our life when we got separated but we eat sorry so we remarried again after 3 years of divorce because we discovered that we really love each other and I didn't get married and she too didnot get married because we kept thinking of each other . After the vo heard me saying this he asked me if I want to give him any documents so I gave him Western Union receipts and mail receipts and other documents and 100 photos for me and her and our correspondence in WhatsApp 500 pages he looked at WhatsApp correspondence very fast and bring back to me and took 10 photos from the 100 ones and kept other documents with him and said : I will not make final decision now but I will inform you later about the next step . And you can go now and have a nice day . That is all brother Hassan . What do you think now ?

Since interview has already been completed you have to wait for their decision patiently. You tried your best to convince them but it seems that the interviewer was not fully satisfied.

At this point it's your luck and hope for the best. Your wife may consider going to her local federal MP's office for candid advice. To me your story is quite believable. The only question is how effectively you have explained and submitted solid proofs in favour of your life story.

Since interview has already been completed you have to wait for their decision patiently. You tried your best to convince them but it seems that the interviewer was not fully satisfied.

At this point it's your luck and hope for the best. Your wife may consider going to her local federal MP's office for candid advice. To me your story is quite believable. The only question is how effectively you have explained and submitted solid proofs in favour of your life story.

Nobody called my wife until now and I told my wife about that letter of explanation but she told me no need because the vo asked you for any documents that I want to add at the end of the interview and he told me I will not make final decision now and I will contact you to tell you about next steps .. I did told him that me and my wife made the biggest mistake in our life when we get divorced in 2013 and we regret this every single day and we wasted our best life and none of us get married until we remarried again here in KL in September 2016 after we found out that we love each other indeed and we can't live separetly . The expressions of sadness was clear in my face and the vo was looking at me all the time . God bless you Hassan and please pray for me

Hello traik,

I think “NEXT STEP” is positive. There is nothing to worry. In my case the VO said to my husband next step. After few days later I got my re medical email from VO.You have to wait for VO email.
