Waiting for IDP ielts results since last 6 weeks

Hello,

I appeared for my Ielts exam on 6 January, 2018.
Results were supposed to be out on 19th January, 2018. All the other candidates appeared with me from Surat Gujarat received their results. Few of them received on 19 January and remaining few peoples results were late stating the results are under some security checking. But by the end of next week 27 January. All the candidates received their results except me.

Since last 4 weeks the executive says it’s under investigation and we might take another week for the same. It has gone to IDP Australia for corrections

Have someone faced any similar problem.

Is there any complaint email Id where I can mail my concerns?

Because the exam was worth 12K and in return I am getting nothing.

Most people have received the results. However, follow the 6th jan IELTS thread and you will see there are still many candidates waiting for their results. You may also connect with @Gourav147 and @Gurpreet1112 they too are faced with delayed results.

Is there anything where we can complain about this legally...because this is cheating as we don’t have any other opinion besides ielts....they take money and don’t give result..I mean ielts has meaning if we get result in time otherwise what’s d point of test ? Really disappointing

I understand the agony of waiting without any clarity. Sadly at the time of test registration, the terms and conditions that we agree to indemnifies them in case of delay in releasing results beyond 13 days. In case you need to escalate the issue and assuming exam partner is BC, you can write to the following email addresses with your candidate and test centre details.

Complaints are of no use. They would take their own time from 2-6 months to deliver results in case of delay. They are not at all bothered and simply repeat words or standard phrases when you contact them. Unfortunately, there is no way we can come to know about results. Just wait and pray you get soon.

I believe that you must now email to Cambridge university’s concerned department who organizes ielts ...their email id you can find on Internet

Same here. I attend ielts exam of 6th jan 2018 and still the results have been delayed. I received an email related to re-exam instead of rests. Did this happened to yo?

If you have an approaching deadline for a study, work or migration application, we can provide an official letter that you may pass on to IELTS recognising organisations such as your university or the immigration authority to which you are applying. The letter explains the withholding of results from 6 January. To request this letter, please emailresults.ielts@idp.com and include:



• Your first name and last name

• IELTS test centre location

• Name of chosen receiving organisation

• Address of receiving organisation

• Application due date

I don't think anything had happened during my test. Did you received any mailm

My test was on 20 jan
