Nothing so far... I just called CIC today .. they just told that it could happen anytime soon

Lets hope to hear from CIC by this week.

Hello everyone. My application was sent and received Nov. 24th,2017. My application was sent back to me and revived on Jan. 31,2018. There were 2 section highlighted ( if we live together or not ), I selected NO and provided evidence (marriage certificate, pictures, etc.) The immigration officer highlighted option YES ( which means my husband and I live together) that does not apply to us. The second highlighted was proof of family and friends/ social media being aware of or relation and financial support shared between the 2 of us. I provided a letter from a mutual friend of ours as evidence and money transfer that husband did from his country. They sent my application base on those reasons. I was sooo upset and obviously no can explain the specific reason. I was told to write a letter to explain/more details. I hope that was the only issue they had with my application and that it will not be return back. I will be adding more letters from our family and friends and a picture of us that was posted on Instagram. Anyone with similar issue and any advise? Help!

i have a quick question. Did you got your file number or AOR from CIC?
OR you directly got above mentioned reason from CIC?

Today I check our application online and I saw that Sponsor change to DM . IS that SA? Is that CIC will approve for me to sponsor? OR they can refuse my case? . I'm really worry because my income is low. Can some one help me to answer?

I mean yes, they can refuse you, but it's rare. There is no minimum income requirement to sponsor.

Thank for your replying! Can I ask you one more question? up until when I can know exactly they will not refuse me? My income is low that I already write the explanation for them and I hoped they do not refuse me. I understand completely that no minimum income requirement for sponsor. They will send along a communication with the decision shortly. I got mine a few days, maybe a week, later.

When did you got your Schedule-A and PCC request? Also, i can see your file reached on 27th nov, Did you received AOR on 22nd or 23rd Jan?

Give yourself sometime. I got the SA email and file transfer 3 days after my CIC account showed decision made for sponsor.

As Elohim said, there will be delay of a day or two before you get an email for CIC stating SA.

Hi there!
I just wanted to add our timeline to this thread. I have only followed this forum for the past few weeks/moths, so actually this is my first post ever.

We just woke up with the file transfer email (to the sponsor) that our file is being processed in Mississauga. It seems like everything is going pretty fast

I just received this yesterday as well - also being processed in Mississauga. Fingers crossed it keeps on moving!

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but would this be considered AOR2? Or will that be sent once they actually start to process? Email received yesterday:

"This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your
relative(s) will be processed at CPC Mississauga."

Correct, Its police clearance certificate. If you have already included it in your file, then probably you wont get a request for it.
