Has anyone had a problem with their return envelope being stopped by customs and wanting more information on what is inside the envelope? I got that notification, but I don't know what is in the envelope to give a good description. I'm guessing its my permanent residency information and card, but I don't know what to tell them. Any ideas?

Just tell them what were you expecting.
By the way which VO ? Your decision was made? What’s your date of application received ?

My date of application received was June 20, 2017 and The decision was made on January 30, 2018. I was expecting it to be June to be accepted and now here it is. I still have two months left on my lease so I can't really move yet.

What she told me, was to just call and explain what should be in the envelope. A.k.a. PR card and paperwork. I think it was the weight difference that made it suspicious. I had put down that it would be .2lbs and it coming as 1lb.

It could be heavy bcos of Premanent resident kit. Don’t know why it could be light.... just explain what You were expecting, no need to worry at all, it’s not a big issue.

Hi, received pre-arrival services message today. Still shows awaiting background check and DM on GCKEY. ECAS just says send us any paperwork from July (already submitted in July). Does this mean that COPR is on it's way and Passport Request?
