- I'm Canadian, she's Chinese. We live in China together.
- She applied last year when we weren't married.
- Had my sister in Canada write a letter saying she will take care of her.
- Got the GCMS notes: Said she had no/limited previous travel (only went to Cambodia). Not demonstrated sufficient ties to motivate return (only has a car). Not satisfied they will leave Canada at the end of the stay.
- Married to me (Canadian) in China
- She's now been to Japan
- Will have more funds to show as she will be on my bank account
- Wedding photos of my family and sister with her in China .
- Want to go together this summer for a few weeks.
- How can we demonstrate she has sufficient ties to return?
Should I say I work in China and need to get back (ie her husband needs to return to China)?
How about her night school? She has tests coming up. - When applying I will choose the "family visit" and put my "sister-in-law" as the contact. Is there more I can do or do it in a better way? Will it look better if I put "mother/father-in-law"?
