Hii did you get any update? What’s going on at Edmonton office? How long it will take?
Nope, I'm located in the GTA. Im expecting the test invite in the next 2 months. There is no reason to worry. Estimated processing time is 12 months. It will happen when it's time.

Everyone's case is different, it is impossible to predict. Better to just keep an eye on the tracking sheet we're maintaining for averages.

Quick question: I did my citizenship test yesterday and I passed. However, the agent requested that I send proof of some charges that were withdrawn For a case from Feb 2015. Note: the case was withdrawn in Aug 2015 and my fingerprints destroyed by RCMP. She said she won't ask me to do fingerprint again. She would like me to mail in prove that the case was withdrawn and charges dropped. I mailed it via Express post yesterday .do you know how long it might take? Anyone being in this position before?

ECAS reads that they sent me correspondence on January 26th (last Friday) however nothing in the mail yet .... I am in Calgary, are FP requests sent by local office or from Ottawa or Sydney? I should have got it by now if it was sent locally?
Yea same here , my wife got the same message in 26 , we haven't received anything in mail yet.

anyone from Montreal applications still in processing ?
my IP since jan 10th and nothing new .
Not even been a month since IP. Give it more time. I'm in process since Dec 08.

Basically, if you're not a citizen in 12 months from when your application was delivered, then you should start worrying. 12 months is the estimated processing time per IRCC, which could become worse.

Hello Folks,
I got my GCMS notes a while ago and on the first and 3rd page, there are exceptions from section 22(1)(b). It's related to investigations and law enforcement. I can't see any redaction or any information that may have been redacted and there are no notes in the file. This was before my case went to in process. I probably think it might be a code or something. And since then I have received a FP request and also my case went In-process.
Has anyone else had same experience. It will be very helpful.

Thanks
