For my application, I had four Arabic and ten Turkish stamps. I translated only two of Turkish stamps because the dates on it were in digits so i thought they didn't need a translation of all stamps and all of them follow the same template, one translation would be enough to understand others...

I have decision made since october 17. Montreal office is just too slow and they do not schedule many oath ceremonies. For december, they have only two and for january they did not schedule any yet. Waiting time for oath ceremony is currently 4-5 months for Montreal. So do not worry.
