Time after submitting Supplementary evidence

I passed the test on the 19th of September then received a request of supplementary evidence on the 22 of September and was asked to submit it with in 30 days. The requested documents were submitted on the 26 of October as soon as I received it. And received nothing since that date. Any similar cases or any idea about the expected waiting time or what does this mean,

Usually when additional documents are requested then the application becomes non-routine and there is no way to tell how much time it will take.
