And since nothing obliges you to send the application on the day you sign it, I'd say just sign all your documents on Feb 3 to match the presence calculator date, and then send it few days later.

A mistake here? 1014 is far from 1095.
Did you mean 1094? In that case, you need 1095+ days on the calculator.

I printed out the physical presence calculator a day before i signed it. It was accepted without issues.

Just make sure all dates indicating when you signed on all the forms is the same. Also, date used in the calculation itself should also be the same.

When the form was printed doesn't matter.
