My wife, a July applicant passed medical and received the pre-arrival letter in the middle of December 2017. The online tool has been 'decision made' status since the 17th January 2018, but she hasn't received passport request yet. Does the visa office send ppr through the online account or by mail? Not sure whether we should write to Singapore Visa Office. It usually takes 3/4 days for a letter to be delivered. Please feel free to share your thoughts!!

Just received my notes today, it says passed eligibility, criminality and medical. But for the security, nothing was written. Wondering why there is no ppr. Im not sure if the dust in my app is not yet completed

According to their manual, they only do PPR when the app is basically approved. It's not the same, but it's almost as decision made. For example, you can get PPR after eligibility passed, but without having the medical and criminality checks done yet. The majority of cases will have PPR after all the checks have been completed and everything is already approved.

Thank you. Our BGC is still showing to be in progress, so we were curious if that hasn't been updated or is actually still ongiong.

Can anyone send a sample of request letter that have been received,asking complete Schedule A background declaration?To complete IMM5669? Coz when I received mine they didn’t ask for PCC does it goes together?

Its 6.5 months now (July 18th) since my application received at Mississauga VO and then on Sept 18th, 2017 moved to LVO more than 4.5 months.
I have ordered notes now. Do you think, in my notes there should be some updates? as to what's going on with my application?
So far only update i can see in my GCKey that "Medical has been passed.:

i did already. How did you know your notes are due on 2nd Feb? did you get the notes receives date as well?

The notes have a deadline of 30 calendar days. If they take longer than that, then they're late.

ah ok . No thats not the case. It is not necessary that you must receive your notes in 30 days.
i have seen people are waiting 40-45 days now. everyone is ordering their notes so think they must have lots of load to send these notes on time.so expect more than 40 days or more. also depends which VO you are.
I m from LVO. other VO may be very active but LVO is not for sure
