Once we have received the AOR . What would be approximate timeline for the medical request,Schedule A and decision made.......

Guys Application Received on 27-NOV-2017, Recieved AOR1 today. One question I (sponsor) received the mail. No Mail on my Wife's (PA) ID?? Do they send mail only to Sponsor.

No, they should also send your way an email with her own UCI. However, the application number should remain the same for both of you.

I got the AOR today for my sponsorship application dated November 27th .
I am finding it difficult to link my application.
Can anyone please advice on this.

Have you tried using the application number, and the surname option? Also if your number of person in the application you submitted is one, try using two when linking the account.

Nov 24 Cic receive my file
I got my file no on Jan 19 th
I linked my file today to my online account.
I’m wondering do I need to wait for them to send medical form?
or I can do it upfront medical with the file no?
What is the next step after link my application?
Submit police clearance together with the file ....
Any suggestions pls

Wait until they do the request, you will receive a form from them to take with you, that form will be used depending on if your surgery use the eMedical system.
After linking your account you receive a request for schedule a and your police check

Schedule' A should appear soon but not always the case, medical request tends to appear a little later, anywhere from a week to months

Hi all,

My partner (sponsor) got an email with a letter written that our application will be processed in Mississauga, which is I guess called AOR2.
Here’s my question: is it normal for only sponsor to get AOR2 via email, and nothing is sent to PA or my linked online account?

If you don't mind, can you please tell me which combination worked for you while Linking your sponsor application to My account in CIC?
As I am trying from last 2-3 days, referred almost all threads but somehow I am not able to link my application to CIC.

It was the application number & Family name . I number of members was 2 .U don’t have to input your passport details even if it’s said required.
The rest all should b as per the application form which u submitted

“For your application, we have identified that there are documents which are missing and we will request”

What could this be? Are they talking about PCC and medical

Yes, they are talking about PCC, meds & schedule-A.
That email is sent to PA.

BDW , I am still not able to link my application (tired all mentioned options)... no luck

The email that I received had the subject line as follows “Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada - Communication to client/Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada - Communication auprès de la clientèle - CPCM / CTDM - Enhanced AOR for Back Office”.

Does the words ‘Enhanced AOR’ mean anything

We sent our application to cic sept 20th, it was received on sept 22nd. On nov 1st we got AOR, on Nov 2nd we got second AOR and today, Nov 3rd we were asked to send Schedule A form and police certificates.
