actually my reference letter would be signed by my supervisor, because my HR has nothing do with my job roles and responsibilities. And my supervisor has nothing to do with my salary and benefits and all. This is why i wanted to seperate my experienced letter just for the HR and my reference letter for my supervisor.

Got it but generally the HR dept is aware of your overall responsibilities. It does not have to be in too much detail. They put mine the same as it was when they posted the job description initially.

I guess I could fit in everything in one reference letter. But my HR manager has changed. So in case they call him up to verify, all he could say is yes he was any employee, for roles and responsibilities kindly call his supervisor. So in that case what i need to do is, have two numbers, one of HR and one for supervisor in the same reference letter or two have two seperate letters like i mentioned above.

But my main doubt is, there wont be chance of rejection right if i make two seperately . Ill be sending both of them together in an electronic form, so they would be receiving it all together right?

Should be okay as it will be in the same file but only in separate pages. Make sure that you explain the situation in the LoE if you plan to keep those separate.

However, I tend to follow instructions very carefully when it comes to immigration and keep things simple. The instructions say 'a/the reference letter', so I am assuming that they are looking for one reference letter. I do not know if providing 2 letters will be a cause for rejection.

oh gosh ok I will just make one than. Also once i mention everything including my salaries and everything. Do I still need to provide them with experienced certificate and offer letter separately because i have misplaced those documents.
