Hi,

My company HR provided me with job experience at my request. I basically started as a trainee and my designation at the time of relieving was Assistant CRA. However, in the letter, it was stated as follows

This is to certify that Mr. I Venkatesh Employee No 1319 was working as a full-time employee with Apotex Research Pvt. Ltd from 28th Feb 2011 to 24" May 2013. His designation at the time of relieving was Assistant CRA in the Clinical Operations Department and was drawing Rs 22,917/- per month.

He was performing the following duties and responsibilities during his tenure.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

As per CIC website
  • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties, and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits
Hence, I requested her one more job experience letter as a trainee, for which she stated that the letter is the standard format company uses and she can't issue one more letter especially when the positions have the same job description


Can I use this letter?? Please advise
