Does anyone know what happens if your prints are not accepted? Do they call or email you or do they just send a letter in the mail?

They send you a letter in the mail. But you can also know ahead of time by calling/emailing them once your CC is charged.

Any idea if someone needs to resend their fingerprints, are the new fingerprints processed after 3-4 months only or promptly ?

I wrote an email on Saturday to ask for updates but haven't received a reply so far. Has anybody received a reply from them after the shutdown?

:O They are reading the forums :p :p I got a reply the minute I posted this.

According to the FBI's records, your request was successfully completed and were mailed on 1/22/2018. Does that mean fingerprints were accepted?

I sent an email yesterday but haven't got a reply yet.

Hi All ,

I applied for my FBI PCC in Aug 2017 and received the same dated 5th Dec 2017. In the meantime I had to leave for my Home Country(India) on 24th Nov 2017 and came back to US on 16th Dec 2017 . Is my FBI PCC invalid now ?

If you currently live in the US then your PCC from December should be valid for 6 months.
