2 months+ to receive notes!!!

Reachd 13 months. I have no idea what they are doing with my file because no one touched my file since march 20th. Thats when my ss started got. gcms notes i did not get extension on my medicals and it has been 2 months they havent asked me to redo them.
Atleast they can ask me to redo medicals that way i will know they touched my application. Really frustrating. Feel like crying

I got my gcms notes last week and my medical status says PASSED - EXPIRED.
Unfortunately they did not extend my medical. I emailed them to enquire about my medical and the responded that an officer will contact if they need new medicals. and it is 2 months since my medical expired but nothing from them

Actually i have a friend i convinced him last year to apply for Canadian PR and i did everything for him from WES to giving him and his spouse IELTS classes which they both passed in first attempt. Than making his profile and submitting all his information and documents he does not even know anything related to his application. His AOR was 16th dec 2017 and exatly aftr 1 month 16th jan 2018 he got ppr. i am very happy for him he is a very good friend of mine but this wait of 13 months for me is frustrating.
